About Susan
Susan completed her undergraduate degree in Communications at LSU Baton Rouge. A few years later, she and her husband moved to Dallas, TX where Susan worked in the wholesale design industry at E.C. Dicken & Hargett Showrooms as well as several independent high-end Interior Design firms while also working towards her Interior Design degree & certification at El Centro College, Dallas, TX. In 1999 Susan founded Susan Chance Designs , LLC while living in Dallas and has been helping people with their interior designing & planning in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana ever since.

Susan and her hubby, John, of 31 years are both Shreveport, LA natives and graduates of Captain Shreve Highschool. After 20 plus years living in Dallas, they, along with their 2 children, Marie and John Hoyet, and their pets moved back to Shreveport to be closer to family. Soon after, Susan added Real Estate to her portfolio. Susan is a licensed Realtor in the State of LA and loves serving her community as their Realtor. Merging interior design and real estate has allowed Susan to bring more value to all her clients helping them navigate through one of their biggest investments. Susan founded Sibley Chance Real Estate Professionals with her real estate business partner, Ashley Sibley. Their licenses are held at Pinnacle Realty Advisors.
